My goal is to provide a custom, boutique experience to all families attending the schools who have chosen Stephanie Vaccaro Photography to photograph their students.
Our service is both professional and personal. Unlike large, corporate photography services, we only take on a few, select schools so that we can provide superior customer service and beautiful high quality artistic images.
My aim is to capture the personality of the child in front of my camera. I will never force a smile nor will I pose awkward forced faces, just the authentic child, the day of the shoot. The results are timeless portraits that are far from the traditional photos we have become accustomed to with bright flashes and unflattering, distracting backgrounds. These are genuine photos of each individual child, exactly as they are with the sole focus being on the child and not busy backgrounds. I provide a lighthearted fun experience for your students and take pride in providing an environment where the kids can relax and be themselves, naturally.

I operate exclusively online, where families gain access to password-protected online ordering galleries. These galleries are organized based on grade, homeroom, or any relevant school grouping. Within these galleries, each child receives a selection of 3 to 10 images, available in both color and black-and-white. Families have the freedom to pick the photos they wish to purchase, be it digital copies, prints, or a combination thereof. This empowers parents to curate their child's cherished images before making any financial commitments.
I offer specialized product options such as canvas gallery wraps and digital images for future use and preservation. To ensure clarity, a comprehensive PDF outlining all ordering procedures and preparations for picture day is provided to each school for distribution to families in advance.
Print orders are completed online and subsequently delivered directly to the school within a five-week timeframe following picture day. All the necessary equipment and personnel for a successful photo day are provided by me.
I supply the school with high-resolution digital files suitable for a variety of purposes, including yearbooks, website content, school promotional materials, school identification cards, or any other way the school sees fit to utilize the images.
I am also the point of contact for any inquiries from parents and families regarding the ordering process and available products. Additionally, I offer the flexibility to capture staff and class photos as per the school's specific requirements.

There is no minimum or maximum number of students and staff that I can accomidate. Since my business began in 2020 I have photographed hundreds of children ranging from the ages of babies to teens.

We have competitive rates and nothing is due up front, all profit is made from ordering. We offer a variety of collections and a-la-carte products to fit everyone's needs. CLICK HERE to download a sample price sheet (*please note, prices are subject to change).
We also donate 10% of gross profits to the schools that we photograph!
