Welcome to The Studio
A beautiful natural light photography studio located right in the heart of Spring City in Chester County PA. The studio has 450 square feet of open shooting space that has been thoughtfully decorated and staged for lifestyle photography. It's modern bohoish neutral vibes, carefully staged spaces, and rolling backdrops allow limitless options for photographers and clients alike.
An industrial space with original hardwood flooring, exposed piping, white walls, and two large windows that allow the natural light to flood into the studio. Just a short walk from Main Street, Royersford, and with close access to 422, and being located inside of an artists building, this space will leave you feeling inspired and at ease.

Studio Rental
The studio is available to photographers to rent by the hour or day.

Studio rental includes:
- Exclusive private use of the studio space during your allotted time
- Free use of all furniture, props, and decor
- Rolling backdrop with 3 options to choose from (black, white, and beige)
- additional decor items for you set the scene for your specific photography needs
- clean and spacious restrooms for both Men and Women
- Handicapped access
- communal waiting area complete with couches
* The studio will be staged for both Christmas and Easter mini sessions that you may use. Please check back during those times to see that years custom setup.
Rental Rates:
(please note when booking that set up and breakdown times are included in your rental time frame)
*50% due at time of booking to reserve your date.
Hourly rate: $75
2 hours: $140
Half Day (4 hours): $250
Full Day (8 hours): $450

How does Payment Work?
At the time of booking you will pay a 50% deposit to reserve your rental. The remaining balance is invoiced and due no later than 24 hours before your rental time.
Do you offer studio lighting?
Currently our studio is only lit by natural light. You are welcome to bring your own studio lighting. Lighting is best in the studio during the early morning and into the late afternoon. Evening sessions are not recommended unless you are bringing your own studio lighting.
Can I change or cancel my rental reservation?
Reservations may be changed 48 hours prior to your reservation date and the deposit will be reserved for up to 30 days after your original reservation date. Deposits will be held for canceled reservations. For last minute situations where there is an emergency, illness, or situation that is out of your control, please email Stephanie and she will work with you in these circumstances.
Can I move things around to customize the space?
yes, you may move things around to your liking, the studio is adorned with props, decor, plants, and furniture that can be arranged to fit your vision. We ask that anything that has been moved be put back in its original place before leaving the studio. Wall fixtures and hanging decor may not be moved. If you would like to hang something from the wall, please confirm with Stephanie prior to hanging items on the wall.
Is Liability Insurance required to rent The Studio?
Yes, once you have reserved your time you will need to send a certificate of insurance over to us naming "Stephanie Vaccaro Photography LLC" as the venue.
How do I make a Reservation?
To book your reservation, please fill out the short form below to get the booking process started. Once I have received your inquiry, I will get back to you with dates and times that the Studio is available for renting, we will then book your time slot and I will send you a contract and invoice to pay your deposit and agree to the terms.
